Minimalist Dictionary
Last updated: 24.09.2026

Minimalist Dictionary (“the app”) is developed by Eray Mutlu (“I”, “me”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

The short version
The app does not collect, store or share any personal data. It works fully offline and has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising.

Information the app collects
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal information. It does not use cookies, tracking tools or third-party analytics.

Data stored on your device
The app saves a small number of settings on your device, such as your chosen level and light or dark mode. This data stays on your iPhone. It is never sent to me or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.

Internet connection
The app does not need an internet connection. All 5,000 words, definitions and pronunciations are included in the app. The app does not send any data over the internet.

Pronunciation audio
Words are spoken using the built-in text-to-speech voice on your iPhone. This happens entirely on your device.

Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send me anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. This data does not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Children
The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
